Information you choose to share
An inquiry may include your name, company, business email, phone number, project requirements and attached drawings. Provide only information needed for the project and files you are authorized to share.
Purpose and access
When live intake is enabled, submitted information is stored for technical review, quotation and project communication. It is not displayed publicly. Access is restricted to authorized staff and service operators needed to process the inquiry.
Files and service infrastructure
The hosted website uses Sites infrastructure and its connected record and file storage. Consider your confidentiality obligations before uploading technical drawings. Agree any required confidentiality arrangements before sharing restricted files.
Correction and deletion requests
When live intake is enabled, use the inquiry form to request correction or deletion and include your inquiry reference. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Retention is limited to the project purpose and applicable record obligations.
This review version
Live intake remains disabled until the site is configured for launch. Downloading a summary creates a file on your own device; it does not submit an inquiry or upload the attachments.
